Yalda Moaiery is the winner of the Courage in Journalism Award, “Picture Of The Year Award,” for an iconic image of the Iranian protest of 2018.
In 2023, Yalda was awarded the Wallis Annenberg Justice for Women Journalists award by the International Women’s Media Foundation (IWMF).
Yalda is a WORLD PRESS PHOTO jury member.
