A twenty-year-old girl, who was called Pearl (Morvarid) because of her beauty, is sitting in Tehran's Evin prison. Since the age of 15, Morvarid has been in and out of prison many times due to vagrancy and fighting. Some Iranian women separate from their families at a very young age due to religious, social conditions, and laws that do not support them. March 7th, 2009.
