Zahra Mehrabi (middle), 20 years old, is sitting in a cafe in central Tehran. Zahra was arrested on the 40th day of Mahsa Amini’s death during a public demonstration on the eastside of Tehran and spent 45 days in Qarchak prison in Varamin. She was sentenced to 5 years of suspended imprisonment and was sentenced to two years of curfew. She is now studying to be a counsellor at Tehran University. August 6th, 2022.
